 Me seeing a customer using our stuff without permission...
Me: Hi, you're not supposed to use it without permission, it's our stuff.
B: I am your cus. and I want to use it
Me: Did you ask us before you use it?
B: No, do I have to do that? I saw it there and I just used it. Is that a problem?
Me: Yeah! We use this to clean our customer's PC with a small charge. It's not FREE for everyone, ma'am. We sell these here and you can buy one if you would like to clean your computer.
B: omg, you're so selfish and rude.... abc ... I'm your customer and I'm paying your bills.... xyz
Me: ok. whatever ma'am. [stopped talking with that B and I grabbed all the cleaning stuff and put in the locker] =)
 I was thinking, damn, if somebody went to your house and use your stuff without permission, what is your reactions?
 Plus, she came here all the time and paid nothing.
 Stupid people!!!
